Ron Allen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Ron started their career in 1992 with The Associates as the Manager of Receivables & Remittances. Ron then moved on to First Tech-Sys Solutions, Inc. in 1996 where they worked as the Vice President of Operations until 2001. After that, they joined Accutel of Texas, Inc. as the Controller for a year before moving to their most recent position at International Risk Management Institute, Inc. where they first served as the Controller from 2002 to 2013, and then became the CFO from 2014 onwards.
Ron Allen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University, which they obtained in 1991. Ron also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas in 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the Management Liability Insurance Specialist from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in 2021 and the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist from IRMI in 2019.
