Benedicte Prahecq

Benedicte Prahecq is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in human resources and the arts. As an HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits Specialist at IRU since September 2020, Benedicte has managed various HR administration tasks, led compensation and benefits projects, and ensured payroll accuracy. In addition, Benedicte co-founded DoSaBé, a non-professional drama company, where project management, acting, and accounting responsibilities have been key focuses. With a strong musical background, Benedicte has performed as a saxophonist with OHPG since 2011, achieving notable accolades, while also teaching saxophone students from 2018 to 2022. Prior HR roles include serving as an HR Assistant at Baechler Teinturiers SA and contributing to Lexmark International Technology SA's sales operations for nearly two decades. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in International Business and a CREM in Saxophone.
