Hans Ott

Hans Ott currently serves as the Director of Teaching and Learning at the International Schools Group since July 2021, following a 14-year tenure within the St. Paul community. Prior to this role, Hans held multiple positions at Saint Paul Public Schools, including Assistant Superintendent and Director of the Office of Teaching & Learning. Additional experience includes roles as an instructional coach, parent educator, and program director in both domestic and international settings. Educational qualifications include a Superintendent Licensure from Minnesota State University, Mankato, K-12 Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and a Master's in Education from the same institution, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Math and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
