Camilo Tamayo Gomez is currently serving as the President of RC48 on Social Movements, Collective Action, and Social Change at the International Sociological Association. With a background in transitional justice and criminology, Camilo has held roles as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Huddersfield and Birmingham City University. Camilo 's extensive experience includes research, teaching, and consultancy work in various prestigious institutions like UNDP and Universidad EAFIT. Camilo holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Huddersfield, along with other degrees in Global Citizenship, Political Philosophy, and Media Studies.
