Amy Forbes

Amy Forbes is an experienced account management professional currently serving as the Account Director for the Eastern Region at International SOS since October 2006. In this role, Amy oversees Client Account Managers, focusing on building strong client relationships and implementing technical solutions tailored to client needs. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Senior Corporate Account Manager for the Western Region, managing high-value clients and collaborating with Regional Sales Directors on sales and renewals. Earlier experience includes working as an Outsourcing Client Manager at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, handling pension administration for high-revenue clients, and serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at Towers Perrin, where project management and client servicing were key responsibilities.
