Franck Baron

Franck Baron has an extensive work experience in risk management and insurance. Franck currently serves as the President of IFRIMA, an international federation of risk and insurance management associations. From 2011 to present, they held various leadership positions at International SOS, including Group Deputy Director Risk Management & Insurance and Group General Manager, Risk Management & Insurance. Additionally, they served as Chairman at PARIMA from 2013 onwards. Prior to that, Franck worked at AXA Corporate Solutions and Firmenich, where they held positions in business development and global risk management. Franck also served on the board of directors at Ferma and held a role as Vice-President at Amrae. Franck began their career at Marsh as an Account Executive and subsequently worked at Aon as a Junior Account Executive.

Franck Baron obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from Sciences Po Bordeaux in 1989. In 1990, they pursued a Master's degree in Risk Management from the Institut de Management des Risques. In 1994, they completed a degree in Insurance & Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America. In 2016, Franck attended INSEAD and studied International Directors. Franck also obtained additional certifications, including Certified Director from INSEAD Executive Education in 2017.
