Kellie Lewis

Kellie Lewis has over two decades of experience in leadership and management roles, primarily in healthcare support services and customer service operations. Currently serving as the TRICARE Medical Records Collection Delivery Manager for International SOS since March 2011, Kellie oversees business operations and service delivery across over thirty locations in the Oceania Region, while fostering relationships with military stakeholders. Previous roles at International SOS include TRICARE Relationship Manager and Network Supervisor, where responsibilities involved managing provider networks and enhancing program delivery. Prior to this, Kellie held various positions at Insurance Australia Group, including Product Integration Specialist and Senior Consultant, focusing on staff training, customer service management, and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Diploma in Fine Arts from TAFE NSW.
