Marion Endter

Marion Endter has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently, they are the Global Human Resources Director TOP at International SOS, where they oversee all HR initiatives globally. Prior to this, Marion worked as the Responsable rémunération et avantages sociaux at Discovery Inc. Marion also served as the Head of Benefits and Compensation at Euler Hermes, where they developed and implemented group strategies and presented new strategies to the Board of Management. Marion has a PhD in Management and has held positions such as HR Director Northern Europe at Axway and various HR Business Partner roles at Bayer. Marion began their career as an International Human Resources Manager at Haarmann & Reimer.

Marion Endter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville in 1989. In 2017, they completed their education by obtaining a PhD and International Executive Master of Business Administration (CESA) degree in Ressources Humaines from HEC and ISM.
