Rachel H. Lefebvre, MBA, MSHA, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for the TRICARE Overseas Program at International SOS, overseeing operations for Department of Defense beneficiaries in over 200 countries since July 2020. Previously, Rachel held leadership roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network as President of Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hecktown Oaks and served as Vice President of Operations at the United States Air Force. Notable positions also include CEO & Commander of various medical groups and hospitals within the Air Force, where Rachel led significant healthcare operations and managed substantial budgets. Rachel's extensive educational background includes multiple degrees in healthcare administration and leadership from esteemed institutions, enhancing a robust career in healthcare management and operational excellence.
