Richard Piercy

Richard Piercy serves as the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) at International SOS since March 2020, overseeing global Enterprise IT, Digital, Cyber, PMO, and Corporate Systems. Additionally, Richard holds a pro bono advisory role on the Data, Technology & Digital Management Board at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Previously, Richard was the Chief Information Officer at Macks Consulting Ltd, providing services to the Arts, Media, High Tech, and Communications sectors; the Group CIO for UBM plc during its transition to a leading B2B events company; and the Executive Vice President of Transformation at EMI Music, where Richard championed the industry's digital evolution. Earlier career experiences include serving as COO at World Sport Group, Senior Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and Manager at Accenture. Richard holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence with Databases and a BSc in Computing with Electronics from Durham University.
