Roshini Mohan Krishnan

Roshini Mohan Krishnan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at International SOS since September 2020, focusing on corporate transactional matters, general corporate and commercial advisory, corporate finance, and compliance issues, among other areas. Prior to this role, Roshini held positions at DWF, Lex Advocatus LLC, Torch Investment Management, and Duane Morris & Selvam LLP, where responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and regulatory compliance.
