Svetlana Knyazeva

Svetlana Knyazeva has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Svetlana began their career in 2002 as a Consultant/Program Assistant at Usaid Pragma Corporation/TFI, where they were responsible for coordinating information gathering and managing various project tasks. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as an HR Lead Coordinator at OMV, where they played a key role in HR coordination. In 2011, they joined Eastcomtrans as an HR Manager for a brief period. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Condor Petroleum as an HR Director, responsible for managing HR projects, department coordination, and the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Following that, they joined International SOS in 2017 and served as a Country HR & Admin Director in Kazakhstan and later progressed to Regional HR Manager, Regional HR Director, and currently holds the position of Regional People Operations & Engagement Lead for the EME Region. In this role, they provide expert advice, strategic direction, and support for PO&E matters, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and HR guidelines. Svetlana oversees recruitment, onboarding, transfers, organizational development, internal communication, and engagement initiatives while also serving as the point of contact for HR-related queries and providing thought leadership in the field of people operations and engagement.

Svetlana Knyazeva has a Level 5 certificate in HRM from CIPD, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Svetlana also holds an MBA in Economics from Michigan International University, which they earned from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Svetlana has a Bachelor's degree in Management & Marketing from Kazakh University of Economics, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
