Melissa M. Almond

Melissa M. Almond (she/her) has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Melissa M. currently holds the position of Vice President of People and Culture at the International Spy Museum, where they lead a team of 200 employees and focuses on cultivating a supportive and values-driven culture. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, overseeing the organization's HR and office services teams and collaborating with the diversity, equity, and inclusion team. Melissa M. also held the role of Director of Human Resources at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and policies. Melissa's previous experience includes senior HR positions at Wolters Kluwer, SAGA Adventures, and WestLake Internet Training, involving responsibilities such as strategic consulting, team management, and benefit plan design.
