M. Irfan Bhatti

Mr. Irfan Bhatti is a law graduate along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), majors in Finance & Marketing. He is associated with the IIL family for the last 29 years and currently serving as the Company Secretary of International Industries Ltd., International Steels Limited, and Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation (A Section 42 Company).

He has previously served as the Assistant Company Secretary for both IIL & ISL, Company Secretary of the Pakistan Business Council, IIL Stainless Steel (Pvt) Ltd. and Secretary to the meetings of IIL Australia Pty Ltd.

He is a “Certified Director” by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and enrolled as an advocate with the Sindh High Court.
