Tessa Win is an experienced operations leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Director at International Students House since September 2018. Prior to this role, Tessa held multiple General Manager positions at De Vere from April 2005 to September 2018, overseeing both the De Vere Holborn Bars and De Vere Latimer Estate, which are known for their exceptional meeting and event facilities. From April 2000 to April 2005, Tessa was the Cluster General Manager for Thistle Hotels in Birmingham, and earlier, Tessa gained valuable experience at Hilton Worldwide from 1991 to 2000 in various managerial roles. Tessa holds a Diploma in Hospitality from West Herts College, completed between 1987 and 1989.
