Paulo Cabral de Mello has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in IT. Paulo began their career in 2005 as a Research Associate at CERN. In 2006, they worked as an Independent Consultant before joining the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) as an IT Analyst and Consultant from 2006 to 2011. Paulo then progressed to become the Head of the IT Support Division at the ITU in 2011. Throughout their career, Paulo has demonstrated their expertise and commitment to the IT field.

Paulo Cabral de Mello obtained a Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in the year 2005.
