Constance Sable

Constance Sable has a diverse professional background spanning several industries. Currently serving as a Tour Guide at the International Tour Management Institute since 2017, Constance previously held positions as a Paralegal in Trusts and Estates at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP from 2000 to 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant from 1995 to 2000, Office Manager for various non-profit organizations from 1985 to 1994, and Professional Chef from 1974 to 1985, accumulating a decade of culinary experience in restaurants and catering. Constance holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UMass Boston and has studied at The Culinary Institute of America.
