Lisset Castro

Lisset Castro currently serves as the Chief of Operations in the Office of Planning, Coordination and Management at the International Trade Administration since December 2023, following earlier roles including Management Analyst Team Lead and Management Analyst within the same agency from March 2021. Prior experience includes a Management Analyst position at the Federal Highway Administration and various roles at the Peace Corps, culminating as Chief Administrative Officer. Lisset Castro also held the position of Operations Manager at the International Youth Foundation after initially serving as a Program Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Financial Management Certification from Cornell University, a Master's degree in Real Estate and Finance from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
