Rachel Minogue

Rachel Minogue is a Team Lead in the Policy Coordination and International Engagement department at the International Trade Administration. Rachel has held various roles within the ITA, including Acting Deputy Director and Technical Barriers to Trade Specialist. Rachel has also worked as an Economics Fellow at Third Way and served as an Intern at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, Urban Swirski & Associates, and the Delegation of the European Union to the United States. Rachel holds a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where Rachel graduated with honors, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.
