Yan R Liu

Yan R Liu is currently a Senior Advisor at the International Trade Administration. Previously, Yan worked as a Trade Enforcement Analyst at the Office of the United States Trade Representative. Yan also has experience as an International Agricultural Intern at the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service, an International Trade Intern at DTB Associates LLP, and a Law Clerk at the Third Judicial District Court of Kansas. Yan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Political Science from The University of Kansas.
