Leonila Guglya

Leonila Guglya is a highly experienced professional in international trade and law, currently serving as a Digital/Services Policy and Regulatory Affairs Officer at the International Trade Centre since September 2020. In addition to consultancy roles with organizations like the United Nations ESCAP and GOPA Worldwide Consultants, Leonila has contributed significantly to research and policy design projects, particularly regarding e-commerce and paperless trade readiness in Lao PDR and other regions. Throughout the academic sector, Leonila holds positions such as Professor of Business and Corporate Law and Negotiations at Business School Lausanne, as well as Adjunct Professor of International Business Law at the International University in Geneva. Leonila's extensive education includes a Ph.D. in International Public Law from the University of Geneva and various advanced degrees in International Business Law, demonstrating a robust expertise in the field.
