Elizabeth Dunbar is a highly experienced senior digital health specialist currently with the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) since 2021, where responsibilities include research within the Digital Initiatives Group. As co-owner and design researcher at Interstitial Technology, PBC since June 2021, Elizabeth leads significant projects focused on war crimes documentation in Ukraine. Previous roles include a monitoring and evaluation consultant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, director of health monitoring and evaluation at Partners In Health, and various research and analytical positions across several esteemed organizations. Elizabeth holds a PhD in progress from the University of Washington, a master's in human-centered design and engineering from the same institution, a master's in public health from Johns Hopkins, and a bachelor's degree in religious studies from The College of Wooster.
