Sabine Engelhard

Sabine Engelhard is a Professor at ITCILO since June 2015 and a Senior International Advisor in a self-employed capacity since April 2015. Prior to these roles, Sabine Engelhard worked at the Inter-American Development Bank from March 1999 to March 2015, holding several positions including Coordinator of Special Projects, Lead Integrity Specialist, Lead Procurement Specialist, and Chief a.i. of Procurement. Sabine Engelhard has significant expertise in developing procurement policies for IDB-financed projects and conducting country Integrity Risk Reviews. Academically, Sabine Engelhard holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Advanced European Studies, Law and Economics from the College of Europe, a DEA in EU Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master in International Relations from Sciences Po, and a Master of Law from the University of Paris X (Nanterre).
