Mashonda Paschal-Gilmore

Mashonda Paschal-Gilmore is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in healthcare and disaster response. Currently serving as a Project Manager for FEMA and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Mashonda oversees key projects related to health and functional improvements for beneficiaries, as well as document control and stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, Mashonda holds the position of Executive Director at the Lynn Lewis Foundation & Women’s Flag Football Federation, and has extensive experience in financial research and program management with organizations such as Better Home Healthcare of Ga and the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Healthcare Informatics from the University of Phoenix, an MBA in Project Management from Keller University, and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
