Dr. Haraprasad Vaddiparthi

Dr. Haraprasad Vaddiparthi is an experienced professional in the fields of water, sanitation, and construction. Currently serving as an Advisor (Projects) at South East Constructions Company Private Limited and Chair of the Specialist Group on Drinking Water Treatment Plants for the International Water Association, Dr. Vaddiparthi also works as an independent consultant. Previous roles include President (Projects) at Essel Group ME in the UAE, WASH Cluster/Transition Coordinator for UNICEF in Jerusalem, and multiple consulting positions focused on WASH initiatives across various countries such as South Sudan, Sudan, Liberia, and Afghanistan. Dr. Vaddiparthi holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Master of Engineering in Public Health Engineering from Calcutta University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
