Afua Owusu currently serves as Associate Editor for the Hydrological Sciences Journal and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), positions held since January 2024 and September 2022, respectively. Previous roles include PhD Researcher at IHE Delft Institute for Water Education from September 2018 to September 2022, Consultant (Hydrologist) at IWMI from 2015 to July 2018, and Intern at the Environmental Protection Agency from November 2014 to June 2015. Afua began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant in the Civil Engineering Department at KNUST from August 2012 to July 2013. Academic qualifications include two PhD degrees in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and Delft University of Technology, a Master of Science in Environmental Water Management from Cranfield University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from KNUST.
