Youssef Brouziyne currently serves as the Head of the Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Youssef was a Lecturer on Innovation & Sustainability in Agribusiness at Africa Business School and held a position as a Researcher and Professor focusing on Climate Change, Water, and Agriculture at UM6P - Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. Youssef's experience also includes roles as Lead Generation & Environmental Stewardship Manager at Corteva Agriscience and Consultant for Drought Management at the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture. Furthermore, Youssef contributed as a Technical & Sustainability Projects Specialist at IPL International Procurement and Logistics and held various positions at Driscoll's and Bureau Veritas Group. Youssef holds a PhD in Climate Change, Water & Crops Modeling and multiple master’s degrees in related fields. Youssef completed a fellowship at The Environmental Resilience Institute at Indiana University Indianapolis in 2022.
