Michał Marszałek

Michał serves as an Associate on the Commercial team at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). He is based in Poland and supports teams on coaching, market development and technical resources in the EMEA region.

Prior to joining IWBI, Michał coordinated and supported both WELL and LEED certification of commercial buildings in Central and Eastern Europe (over 50 certified projects with a total area of approx. 7,500,000 sq. ft), participated as an expert in industry events and led inspiring activities in the field of sustainable development. He was honored with the IWBI Leadership Recognition Awards in 2018 and 2019.

In addition to his environmental background, he also completed post-graduate studies from Property Management and Health and Safety Management.
