Michael Dellefave

Michael Dellefave has worked for four companies beginning in 1996. Michael'sfirst role was Plant Manager and Northeast Operations Manager at Carrier Corporation, which they held until 2006. Michael then moved to Magna Powertrain, where they held the roles of Director of Sales, Director of Program Management, and Manufacturing Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at ITT Inc. as General Manager of Goulds Pumps, Inc. and Executive Director of the Industrial Process Division. Since 2018, they have been the Vice President of Operations at International Wire Group, Inc.

Michael Dellefave attended St. Bonaventure University, followed by Clarkson University where they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Michael then attended Le Moyne College, where they earned a Masters in Business Administration.
