Anita Nowak

Anita Nowak, PhD, is a distinguished educator and leader in social impact, currently serving as a TEL Fellow at Transformative Educational Leadership and as a Hub Coordinator for Inner Development Goals. With over a decade of teaching experience at McGill University, Anita has been recognized as Professor of the Year and has developed various innovative courses on social entrepreneurship, leadership, and social innovation. As the Founder of Purposeful Empathy By Design, Anita advises philanthropic organizations on strategic impact, while also co-founding P|V|M Studio to assist purpose-driven entities in aligning values with action plans. Anita's extensive background includes participation in the International Women's Forum as a Global Fellow and contributions to various foundations and initiatives aimed at advancing systems-level change and social responsibility. Educated at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD, Anita holds a PhD in Education from McGill University.
