Joy Randels

Joy Randels is the Founder and CEO of The Prowess Group, established in December 2018 to assist founders in achieving success. Additionally, Randels serves on the Security Advisory Council for Netenrich, Inc., and holds board positions with Say Allo and Pocket Network. As President Elect and Board Member of the International Women’s Forum, Randels promotes women’s leadership globally. Randels also chairs the Board of New Market Partners, Inc., supports local tech initiatives with TechNova, and contributed to the SRQ Women's Leadership Circle. Formerly a board member for BurstIQ and the Private Directors Association®, Randels has a robust educational background including a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and executive education from Harvard Business School.
