Allen Lin has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and technology. Allen began their career in 2003 at Foldera, where they worked as a Software Analyst and later moved up to the role of Lead Software Analyst and Director of Software Analysis. During their time at Foldera, they managed multiple Quality Assurance teams, implemented automated testing frameworks, and trained and mentored new testers.
In 2008, Allen joined Internet Brands as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they built and managed a quality assurance team to support the company's acquisition and diversification strategy. Allen also played a key role in creating standardized testing processes for different software development methodologies. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Quality Assurance Manager and then Director of Quality Assurance, where they led initiatives to improve organizational productivity and achieve operational excellence across the company's diverse range of products and websites.
Currently, Allen holds the position of Vice President of Technology & Transformation at Internet Brands. In this role, they champion change management programs, drives strategies to improve organizational productivity and product/service quality, and leads an organization of professionals in areas such as quality assurance, engineering productivity, global recruiting, transformation, and change management.
Allen Lin attended Saratoga High School from 1994 to 1998. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from UC Irvine. Allen graduated from UC Irvine in 2003.
