Anna Rusakova

Anna Rusakova has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Anna currently serves as the Head of Corporate Innovations and Entrepreneurship Development at Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Coca-Cola HBC as the Innovation Capability and Culture Development Manager from May 2017 to August 2020. Before that, Anna was a Talent Manager at VTB from February 2015 to May 2017. Anna also held positions at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as a Senior Training & Development Talent Specialist from May 2014 to February 2015, and as a Training & Development Specialist from May 2012 to May 2014. Anna's earlier experience includes working as an Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator at Michelin in 2011, and as a role that is not specified at IntermarkSavills from 2007 to 2010.

Anna Rusakova earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Health and Safety from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys) from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in Boosting Creativity for Innovations from HEC Paris in May 2020.
