Dmitry Balandin is an experienced programmer currently working at kadnet since April 2018. In addition, Dmitry has been involved with the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) as a startuper since 2015, focusing on docflow and electronic documents for cadastral, realty, and housing services. Prior experience includes serving as an engineer at СКБ Контур, where Dmitry managed server infrastructure from April 2014 to February 2018, and providing expertise in space-based geodesy and remote sensing as an advisor at the Institute of Geophysics RAS from July 2006 to February 2016, contributing to the development and processing of data for regional and national GPS networks. Dmitry's career also includes roles as a senior system administrator, head of the network division, and developer at Ural Federal University from October 2002 to April 2014. Educationally, Dmitry holds a postgraduate degree in geophysics/space-based geodesy as well as a specialist degree in information technology, both from Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky.
