Natalia Fedotova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Director and Manager of Acceleration Programs at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) since July 2013, Natalia previously held various leadership positions at the Business Incubator of the State University - Higher School of Economics from October 2006 to July 2013, including Director and Head of Educational Department, where significant initiatives in entrepreneurship education and competitions were organized. Natalia’s early career included project management roles at the Alumni Association of the Higher School of Economics and MASMI, along with research assistant experience in marketing communications. Natalia holds a Master's degree in World Economy and International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both from the Higher School of Economics.

One of the priorities of Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) is financial and expert support to startups in their early development stages. The Fund also plans to launch a variety of educational programs and to perform a number of legislative initiatives. These steps will help to increase transparency and ensure effective cooperation between entrepreneurs, investors, and state agencies in the field of venture capital investments in Russian IT projects. Internet Initiatives Development Fund will further the development of the necessary infrastructure and conditions that will be conducive to a full-fledged industry of small and medium online businesses in Russia.
