Zhumakhanov Oleg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and product management, currently serving as Lead Tracker at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) since July 2015. In addition to this role, Zhumakhanov has been the CEO of Sign Postman and the Executive Director of Postman LLC since August and September 1996, respectively, where responsibilities include management in finance, HR, and government relations. Zhumakhanov holds a Master's degree in Physics and Mathematics from West Kazakhstan State University, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and also completed a program at 1C Corporate University from 2014 to 2015.
