Rushikesh Nagwanshi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where they focused on client acquisition and provided a platform for buyers to connect with suppliers. In 2020, they moved to Neal Analytics where they initially served as an Inside Sales representative, helping customers maximize the value of their data. Later, they transitioned to the role of Associate Marketing Manager, managing website edits, ad campaigns, and conducting research. In 2022, they joined Cloudy Wave Technology Private Limited as the Head of Alliances and Partnership, specializing in Salesforce consulting and software development. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Partnerships and Alliances at Internet Soft, a tech company known for its innovative products and dedication to customer service.

Rushikesh Nagwanshi pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Progressive Education Society's Modern Institute of Business Management, Pune from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Jijamata Mahavidyalaya, Buldhana, spanning from 2014 to 2017.
