Andrew Puddephatt Obe is the current independent Chair at Internet Watch Foundation. Andrew has also worked as a Research Assistant at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from February 2017 to April 2017, and at Middlesex University from January 2017 to February 2018. At LSE, they worked on a report entitled Children’s online activities, risks and safety: A literature review by the UKCCIS Evidence Group for the DCMS. At Middlesex University, they worked as a Research Assistant at CATS, a centre for research, practice and training in the domains of wellbeing, lifespan development, crime and victimisation and experiences online.
Andrew Puddephatt Obe has a certificate in cyberpsychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, a diploma in journalism from Independent College Dublin, a master's degree in forensic psychology from Coventry University, and a bachelor of arts (B.A.) in psychology from University College Dublin. Andrew also has certification from ASIST and Children's First, and Positive care ireland in therapeutic crisis intervention.
