Terry Downing

Terry Downing has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Terry is currently an Independent Trustee at the Internet Watch Foundation, and has previously served as Interim CFO for Which?, CHIME COMMUNICATIONS PTY LTD, and Endemol Shine Global Sales Group. In their role as Interim CFO, Terry was responsible for establishing stand alone CFO role, group reporting and support systems, transformation of finance functions, standardised group reporting and sales management systems, establish cash management and forecasting, investor relations - PE firm and Bank/lending syndicate.

Terry Downing has a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Business Law from Massey University.
