Viktoria Zhelem has a diverse work experience in customer service and project coordination roles. Viktoria started their career at ELEKS in 2013 as an Information Developer and later transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator, where they assisted and supported the Project Manager in their daily duties. In 2015, they joined InternetDevels as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for improving operational procedures and enhancing customer dealings. Viktoria then advanced to the role of Head of Customer Service, taking on overall responsibility for all customer-facing functions and seeking ways to enhance customer interactions with the company.
Viktoria Zhelem obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Law from Lviv Institute of Internal Affairs between the years 2008 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Investment Management within the Economic Faculty at State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' from 2008 to 2013. In parallel, they also earned a Master's degree in Economic Law and Process from the Law Faculty of Lviv Academy of Commerce from 2012 to 2013.
