Takhmina Nagzibekova

Takhmina Nagzibekova is an experienced project manager and public relations professional, currently serving as a Project Manager at Internews since March 2023, where oversight for programmatic and logistical activities in the country is a key responsibility. In addition, Takhmina has been the Public Relations & Communications Program Coordinator at the Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation - Tajikistan since December 2018 and previously held the position of PR Manager at 55 Group Business from January 2017 to November 2018. A mentor for the UNICEF Upshift project in 2018, Takhmina focused on innovative solutions for sanitation and drinking water challenges. Takhmina's career began as a Senior Journalist at TV & Radio Company "Mir" from 2011 to 2017. Takhmina holds a PhD in Philology from Tajik National University, obtained in 2018, and completed a graduate degree in Philology/Journalism at the same institution between 2009 and 2014.
