Arti Kumari

Arti Kumari is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and previously as Sr. HR Associate at Internshala since July 2022. Prior to Internshala, Arti held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at BITCS from September 2020 to July 2022, managing key HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives. Arti also gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at GreenTree Advisory Services Pvt Ltd, focusing on recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, and completed an internship in human resources at Carrier Midea India. Arti's career began as a Marketing Intern at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, alongside earlier experience as a Faculty Member at NIIT Limited. Arti holds an MBA in Human Resources from IILM University, Gurugram.
