Nikoleta Chaneva

Nikoleta Chaneva currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at interop.io since April 2022, having previously held the position of Senior People Experience Manager. Prior to that, Nikoleta was with Experian from December 2017 to April 2022 as a Senior HR Business Partner for Regional Functions in EMEA and as an HR Business Partner for Bulgaria GDC. Nikoleta's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Talent Management Specialist at Progress and HR Expert in Organizational Development at Telenor Group. Nikoleta began a career in human resources at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile, progressing from Junior Recruiter to Personnel Administration Specialist. Nikoleta holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy and an Associate's degree in Marketing and Business Planning.
