Meghan Hudson, MBA, PHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and people management. Meghan is currently the Vice President of the People Function (HR) at the Interoperability Institute, where they lead the HR and workforce development teams supporting a large remote staff located in multiple states. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR & Culture at AdAdapted, where they developed HR strategies for an advertising technology organization. Meghan also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Gift of Life Michigan, a non-profit organ procurement organization, where they led the HR team and achieved Great Place to Work certification. Earlier in their career, Meghan has worked in various HR roles at WRS, Munson Healthcare, Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, Trilogiq USA, Masco Cabinetry, and Unival Inc. Their areas of expertise include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and HRIS.

Meghan Hudson holds a MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Meghan also has a B.A. in Sociology from Michigan State University, completed from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, Meghan has a Certificate in Compensation Studies from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2020. Meghan has several professional certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), obtained in October 2018. Meghan also holds a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which they acquired in 2023. Furthermore, they have obtained multiple other certifications related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources.
