Jennifer Giedt

Jennifer Giedt serves as the Senior Vice President at InterPark since June 2019, after holding the position of Vice President Finance. Prior career experience includes a tenure at U.S. Bank from October 2010 to June 2019 as a Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager, and a brief role as a Consultant at Inland American in 2010. From November 2006 to April 2009, Jennifer was the Manager of Real Estate Investments at Ventas Healthcare Properties, where responsibilities included underwriting and conducting due diligence on various healthcare assets, and presenting investment proposals to senior management. Earlier experience includes working as a Real Estate Analyst/Specialist at Northwestern Mutual from June 2000 to November 2006, focusing on financial modeling and portfolio valuation. Jennifer holds a BBA in Real Estate and International Business from the Wisconsin School of Business, obtained in 2000.
