Rob Higgins

Rob Higgins has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Senior Vice President of HR at InterPark since April 2006. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Vice President of HR at both InterPark and GE Capital Real Estate from 2006 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Rob was the Vice President of HR at Trinity Rail Group from 2001 to 2006 and worked in HR at Thrall Car Manufacturing Co. from 1992 to 2001. Beginning the professional journey as a Senior Labor Relations Representative at Lockheed from 1989 to 1992, Rob's educational background includes a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies were completed from 1983 to 1989, along with attendance at Carl Sandburg High School.
