Megan has what it takes to manage competing priorities and juggle multiple tasks. She helps clients determine where to invest in user experience based on their Voice of Patron®/Voice of Citizen® data and supports ongoing content development and organization efforts.

Before joining I.F., Megan managed digital communications for a large port authority. She so enjoyed working with I.F. on websites for the port that when a move across state lines prompted a job change, she jumped at the opportunity to join the team.
