Lexi Takata

Lexi Takata is a UX Researcher at Resmed since October 2025, with previous experience as a Research Project Manager at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency from June 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included planning and managing large-scale research projects, developing IRB protocols, and presenting insights to inform health communication programs. Prior roles include positions at Leidos, The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, and MINDBODY, Inc., where Lexi contributed to longitudinal studies assessing military dependents' well-being and conducted UX research. Additional experience includes advising chapters at Her Campus Media, facilitating empowerment workshops at RISE San Luis Obispo County, and holding leadership roles in AIESEC. Lexi obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
