In August 2022, they completed certifications in Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud, Learning Azure DevOps, and Managing Jira Projects. In January 2023, they obtained certifications in DevOps Foundations, DevOps Foundations: Incident Management, DevOps Foundations: Monitoring and Observability, and DevOps Foundations: Site Reliability Engineering. Additionally, in February 2023, Miranda obtained the certification in DevOps Foundations: Effective Postmortems.
