Irakli Beridze serves as the Head of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at UNICRI, along with holding roles as a Senior Strategy and Policy Advisor and Programme Coordinator. Since 2019, Irakli has contributed to the World Economic Forum as a member of the Global Artificial Intelligence Council and is also a member of INTERPOL's Expert Group on the Metaverse. Previously involved with the European Commission's High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence and the AI Pioneers Forum, Irakli has provided expertise to various organizations including the IEEE Standards Association and the OPCW. Educational qualifications include a PhD from BTU, a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Tampere, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concord University, and a Juris Doctor in International Law from the University of Iberia.
